Relaxation

Relaxation massage is what was traditionally thought of as Swedish massage, utilizing light and flowing movements intended to unwind the body and boost circulation. If you want to decompress, unwind, let go, or just settle your mind and body; the relaxation massage is for you.

Therapeutic

Therapeutic massage, typically known as deep tissue massage, has carried a stigma of having to hurt to be affective for long enough. Our education and experience tells us otherwise. Our techniques work into the deeper levels of tissue all the while keeping you within your comfort zone. Imagine a deep tissue massage that brings results and relaxation at the same time!

Sports

This invigorating massage utilizes stretching and various massage techniques to help improve range of motion, circulation and flexibility. Whether you’re coming off the West Orange Trail, training for an event, or wanting to improve your golf game, our therapists will tailor a massage to your specific needs. Injury prevention and treatment are key to any athlete’s performance.

Pregnancy

This massage is intended to relieve the aches and pains of a mother-to-be. Our specially trained massage therapists will help decompress, unwind, and ease the discomfort of walking for two. (Available second or third trimester)

Craniosacral Therapy

Have you ever wanted to calm your mind down? Ever feel out of balance? Craniosacral Therapy is a gentle form of bodywork that is performed with clothes on. It balances out your nervous system with a calming affect on the rest of your body. It helps headaches, anxiety, ADD, ADHD, TMJ issues, Fibromyalgia, Chronic Fatigue Syndrome, and many other issues.

Kinesio Taping

Get more out of your massage with this unique method of taping. Kinesio Tape has elastic properties that take pressure off of sore areas and assist over-used muscles. Lightweight and non-restrictive, Kinesio tape can be worn without loosing range of motion. Add this treatment to your bodywork session and feel the effects for up to a week.

Skin Renewing Scrub

This invigorating experience begins with a marine based exfoliation scrub to energize tired skin. Following a steamy shower, your therapist will re-enter the room to complete the treatment with an application of moisturizer. This treatment will leave your skin feeling refreshed and looking renewed.

Hydrating Wrap

Begin your relaxing treatment with a marine based exfoliant that will help remove dry surface skin. You will then enjoy a hydrating body wrap while enveloped in warmth. The experience leaves you feeling pampered and rejuvenated.
